Specific Indemnity definition

Specific Indemnity means any of such events as provided under Schedule VI hereto; “Subscription Amount” shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Clause 2.1; “Subscription Shares” have the meaning ascribed to the term in Clause 2.1;
Specific Indemnity shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 8.02(a)(vi).
Specific Indemnity means an indemnity specified in Clause 7;

Specific Indemnity has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(a)(iv).

Specific Indemnity has the meaning given to it in clause 15.1.4;
