Specialised Committees definition

Specialised Committees here means the Committee on Trade in Goods, the Committee on Customs, the Committee on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures, the Committee on Investment, Trade in Services, Electronic Commerce and Government Procurement, the Committee on Trade and Sustainable Development and any other specialised committee established by the Trade Committee under paragraph 4 of Article 17.1 of the EU-Viet Nam FTA.

Examples of Specialised Committees in a sentence

  • The Committee on Trade in Goods established pursuant to Article 15.2.1 (Specialised Committees) shall meet on the request of a Party or of the Trade Committee to consider any matter arising under this Chapter and comprise representatives of the Parties.

  • The Committee on Trade in Goods established pursuant to Article 17.2 (Specialised Committees) shall comprise representatives of the Parties.

  • The Parties shall cooperate and exchange information on any issues relating to the implementation of this Chapter in the relevant specialised committees established pursuant to Article 17.2 (Specialised Committees).

  • The SPS Committee established pursuant to Article 17.2 (Specialised Committees) shall include representatives of the competent authorities of the Parties.

  • The Committee on Investment, Trade in Services, Electronic Commerce and Government Procurement established pursuant to Article 17.2 (Specialised Committees) shall be composed of representatives of the Parties.

  • The Parties shall encourage the relevant professional bodies or respective authorities as appropriate, in their respective territories to develop and provide a joint recommendation on mutual recognition of professional qualifications to the [Committee] established pursuant to Article X (Specialised Committees).

Related to Specialised Committees

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
