Special Warranty Notices shall have the meaning given that term in Section 4.03.
Environmental Notices means notice from any Environmental Authority or by any other person or entity, of possible or alleged noncompliance with or liability under any Environmental Requirement, including without limitation any complaints, citations, demands or requests from any Environmental Authority or from any other person or entity for correction of any violation of any Environmental Requirement or any investigations concerning any violation of any Environmental Requirement.
Redemption Notices means, collectively, the Event of Default Redemption Notices and the Company Optional Redemption Notices, and each of the foregoing, individually, a “Redemption Notice.”
Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.
Delivery Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA.
Notices is defined in Section 6.3.
Locational Deliverability Area or “LDA” shall mean a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.
Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.
Notice of Sale means the Notice of Sale of the Trust relating to the sale of the Series 2016A-1 Bonds to be dated on or about May 2, 2016, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.
Delivery Instructions means the instructions set out in the Contract for the provision of the Goods and Services, including any other information the Authority considers appropriate to the provision of the Goods and Services.
Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.
Removal Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.07(b).
Environmental Notice means any written directive, notice of violation or infraction, or notice respecting any Environmental Claim relating to actual or alleged non-compliance with any Environmental Law or any term or condition of any Environmental Permit.

Defect Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
Warning Notice means a notice in writing by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust requiring the Academy Trust to procure the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by such date as he deems appropriate in the circumstances and setting out the consequences of not procuring the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by the date specified in such Warning Notice. 91D) If at any time after signing this Agreement, the Parties agree that by virtue of low pupil numbers the Academy is not financially viable, then the Parties jointly may terminate this Agreement having agreed first the precise terms of termination.

Final delivery certificate means the document issued by the COE confirming that all the known defects have been rectified and that the works, goods or services appear in good order and have been accepted;
Repurchase Communication means, for purposes of this Section 6(i) only, any communication, whether oral or written, which need not be in any specific form.
Termination Warning Notice means a notice sent by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust, stating his intention to terminate this Agreement.
Merchant Shipping Notice means a Notice described as such, issued by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, and any reference to a particular Merchant Shipping Notice includes a reference to any such document amending or replacing that Notice which is considered by the Secretary of State to be relevant from time to time;

Environmental Defect Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.1(a).
Notice Delivery Period means the period from and including the Trade Date, to and including a day that is three (3) Business Days following the date that is 14 calendar days after the Scheduled Termination Date. Section 1.23 (Notice Delivery Period) of the Credit Derivatives Definitions shall be amended accordingly.
