Special Purpose Report definition

Special Purpose Report means the report described in subsection [10](2)] of the Financial

More Definitions of Special Purpose Report

Special Purpose Report means a report of, as the case may be: (a) a Regional Corporation, prepared in accordance with clause 4.7(b); or (b) the CSC, prepared in accordance with clause 5.6(b);
