Spares Package definition

Spares Package means the spare parts and loose equipment listed on Schedule II hereto. Examples of Spares Package in a sentence

  • Also included are an Initial Spares Package (ISP) and Readiness Spares Package (RSP) to support a 5-year period of performance; spare and repair parts; support and test equipment; publications and tech- nical documentation; personnel training and training equipment; U.S. Government and contractor engineering; technical and logis- tics support services; and other related ele- ments of logistical and program support.

  • The Buyer has waived its right to inspect the Spares Package and the records relating to the Spares Package.

  • Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, in the event that Buyer does not execute Certificates of Technical Acceptance (defined below) on two or more Aircraft, Buyer shall have no further obligation to acquire the Spares Package from Seller.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no deposit is applicable to the Final Spares Package.

  • Seller represents to Buyer that the Spares Package has been placed on consignment with GA Telesis Turbine Technologies, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of a Florida (the “Consignee”).

  • Seller shall be responsible for any fees and out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Consignee in connection with the sale of the Spares Package.

Related to Spares Package

  • Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;

  • Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level. Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1. Training Provider Group means the Training Provider and any other registered training organisation that is a Related Training Provider, other than by reason of paragraph (b) of that term.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • Draft Closing Statement means a draft closing statement, prepared by Seller, as of the close of business of the third (3rd) business day preceding the Closing Date setting forth an estimated calculation of both the Purchase Price and the Estimated Payment Amount.

  • Pre-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;

  • Opium poppy means the plant of the species Papaver somniferum L., except its seeds.

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Batch means a specific quantity of Product that is intended to have uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced according to a single manufacturing order during the same cycle of manufacture.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Post-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(c).

  • Original package means the unbroken container or wrapping in which any drug or medicine is

  • Sample means urine, blood, breath, saliva, or hair.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Customer Specific Training means a private Course organized on demand specifically for Customer.

  • SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES, BILL OF QUANTITIES means the Schedule or Quantities as specified and forming part of contract.

  • Final Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(d).

  • Data Package has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(a).

  • Catalogue means the catalogue of IT Products available for Order under the provisions of the Framework Agreement.

  • Estimated Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).
