Snagging Item definition

Snagging Item means any matters subject to which any certificate of practical completion has been issued pursuant to a Building Contract.21.2 Any works undertaken pursuant to the Building Contract shall amount to Existing Works in relation to which the Station Facility Owner does not have an absolute discretion and shall be deemed to be carried out on behalf of the Station Facility Owner. 21.3 The Station Facility Owner shall procure that Snagging Items are completed in accordance with the applicable Building Contract. 21.4 The Station Facility Owner shall use all reasonable endeavours to enforce the Building Contract(s) to require the contractor(s) to carry out appropriate remedial works in respect of any Relevant Defect in accordance with the Building Contract.
