The `Engineer-in-Charge' means the Senior Manager, or Officer, / Engineer and/or Site Engineer who shall supervise and be in-charge of the work or any other authorised representative or person specifically deputed by the Employer and / or the Consultants wherever they are employed from time to time by the Employer.
