Significant Intellectual Property definition

Significant Intellectual Property has the meaning provided in Section 7.04 of this Agreement.
Significant Intellectual Property means each item of Intellectual Property owned by or licensed to a Grantor that is most significant to such Grantor's business.
Significant Intellectual Property has the meaning provided in the Security Agreement.

More Definitions of Significant Intellectual Property

Significant Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property that is material to the business operations of the Grantors, taken as a whole.
