Severance Policy definition

Severance Policy means the Company’s Severance Policy for Key Executives as adopted on July 21, 2014 and as may be amended from time to time.
Severance Policy means the policy providing for severance payments to salaried employees set forth in the Corporation's Policy Manual as in effect on the date of Executive's termination of employment.
Severance Policy means the Company’s Severance Policy for Executives, as it may be amended from time to time.

Examples of Severance Policy in a sentence

  • If any such termination is later deemed an Anticipatory Termination, the terms of this Section 3 shall apply, but the payments and benefits provided in this Section 3 shall be offset and reduced for any payments or benefits you have already received under the Regular Severance Policy.

  • However, any payments or benefits provided (or to be provided) under this Agreement shall be reduced and offset by payments or benefits of the same type that are received by you from the Company under the Severance Policy or any other severance arrangement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing and for avoidance of doubt, this Agreement does not supersede or replace the Severance Policy.

  • Any severance payments should be made in accordance with the Council’s Early Severance Policy and prevailing legislative requirements.

  • You will be provided a participation agreement under the Severance Policy outlining the payments and benefits for which you will be eligible.


More Definitions of Severance Policy

Severance Policy shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.22 hereof.
Severance Policy means the Company’s Severance Policy as defined in the Employment Agreement.
