June 20, 2014.141.1607 Settlement administration fund; creation; deposit of money or other assets; investment; interest and earnings; money remaining at close of fiscal year; expenditure.Sec.
Administration Fund means the Administration Fund established by the Fiscal Agent pursuant to Section 4.01 hereof.
Settlement Administration Costs means all costs and fees of the Settlement Administrator regarding Notice and Settlement administration.
Settlement Administrator means the administrator proposed by the Parties and appointed by the Court to administer the Settlement.
Settlement Administration Expenses means the Settlement Administrator’s fee, and the expenses incurred by the Settlement Administrator in providing Notice, processing claims, exclusions, and objections, responding to inquiries from members of the Settlement Class, mailing checks for Approved Claims, and related services, paying taxes and tax expenses related to the Settlement Fund (including all federal, state or local taxes of any kind and interest or penalties thereon, as well as expenses incurred in connection with determining the amount of and paying any taxes owed and expenses related to any tax attorneys and accountants).
Administration Account As defined in Section 7.02.
Account Administrator means the person(s) who have been granted authority by Customer to set up, amend, or otherwise control settings and/or make additional purchases for the Account via the Administrative Portal. Account Administrators may have varying levels of Account rights, skills, or permissions.
Self-administration means carrying and taking medication without the intervention of the school nurse, approved through the school district policy and restricted to students with asthma, other potentially life-threatening illnesses or life-threatening allergic reaction.
Contract administration means all functions, duties, and responsibilities
Medication administration means the direct application of medications by injection, inhalation, ingestion, or any other means to an individual receiving services by (i) persons legally permitted to administer medications or (ii) the individual at the direction and in the presence of persons legally permitted to administer medications.
Equity Account Administrator means the brokerage firm utilized by the Company from time to time to create and administer accounts for participants in the Company’s equity plans and programs, including the Plan.
Contract administration office also means a contract management office of the Defense Contract Management Agency.
Swap Administration Agreement As defined in Section 4.08(b).
Claims Administration means the processing of claims made under the Shared Policies, including, without limitation, the reporting of claims to the insurance carriers and the management of the defense of claims.
Agency Account means any deposit account opened on the books of a Subcustodian or other banking institution in accordance with Section 7.1.

Administration Charge means a charge established in accordance with Chapter 90.50A RCW and Chapter 173-98 WAC, to be used to pay Ecology’s cost to administer the State Revolving Fund by placing a percentage of the interest earned in an Administrative Charge Account.
Collateral Administration Agreement An agreement dated as of the Closing Date among the Issuer, the Collateral Manager and the Collateral Administrator, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Customs Administration means the competent authority that is responsible under the law of a Party for the administration of customs laws and regulations;
Self-Administration of Medication means the individual manages and takes his or her own medication, identifies his or her medication and the times and methods of administration, places the medication internally in or externally on his or her own body without staff assistance upon written order of a physician, and safely maintains the medication without supervision.
Designated Depository Institution A depository institution (commercial bank, federal savings bank, mutual savings bank or savings and loan association) or trust company (which may include the Trustee), the deposits of which are fully insured by the FDIC to the extent provided by law.
Administration Fee means the fee payable to the Administrator pursuant to Section 3 of the Administration Agreement.
Agency Services Address means NationsBank, N.A., NC1-001-15-04, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Charlotte, North Carolina 28255, Attn: Agency Services, or such other address as may be identified by written notice from the Administrative Agent to the Borrower.
Exchange Administration Agreement means the exchange administration agreement dated as of the Closing Date between Freddie Mac and the Exchange Administrator.
Depository Institution Any depository institution or trust company, including the Trustee, that (a) is incorporated under the laws of the United States of America or any State thereof, (b) is subject to supervision and examination by federal or state banking authorities and (c) has outstanding unsecured commercial paper or other short-term unsecured debt obligations that are rated P-1 by Moody's, F1+ by Fitch and A-1 by Standard & Poor's.
Issuer Administration Agreement means that certain issuer administration agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Administrator, the Issuer, the Transferor and the Indenture Trustee.
Compensation Fund means the fund maintained by the Society pur- suant to Sections 21 and 22 (as substituted, respectively, by Sections 29 and 30 of the Act of 1994) of the Act of 1960;
