Servicing Reserve Ratio definition

Servicing Reserve Ratio means, as of any Settlement Report Date and continuing (but not including) until the next Settlement Report Date, an amount (expressed as a percentage) equal to (i) the product of (A) the Servicing Fee Percentage and (B) 2.0 times Days Sales Outstanding as of such earlier Settlement Report Date divided by (ii) 360.
