Servicing Reserve Ratio definition

Servicing Reserve Ratio means, as of any Settlement Report Date and continuing (but not including) until the next Settlement Report Date, an amount (expressed as a percentage) equal to (i) the product of (A) the Servicing Fee Percentage and (B) 2.0 times Days Sales Outstanding as of such earlier Settlement Report Date divided by (ii) 360.

Servicing Reserve Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the quotient, expressed as a percentage, of (a) the product of (i) the Applicable Stress Factor multiplied by (ii) the Servicing Fee Rate multiplied by (iii) Average Days Outstanding as of the end of the Monthly Period preceding the first day of the Interest Period in which such date occurs, divided by (b) 360.
