Service Irradiations definition

Service Irradiations means the irradiation of sealed capsules provided by Nordion to AECL as more particularly described in Article 12 and Appendix H;

  • Irradiation means the exposure of a living being or matter to ionizing radiation.

  • Medical services means Medically Necessary services, including, as the context requires, Confinement, treatments, procedures, tests, examinations or other related services for the investigation or treatment of a Disability.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or “CMS” means the federal office under the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, responsible for the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
