Series Y Preferred Stock definition

Series Y Preferred Stock means shares of the Company’s Non-Cumulative Perpetual Class A Preferred Stock, Series Y, no par value, with a liquidation preference amount of $25,000 per share, designated and described in the Certificate of Designation.
Series Y Preferred Stock means the Series Y Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company, par value $.01 per share.
Series Y Preferred Stock has the meaning set forth in Section 1 hereof.
