Series Majority Shareholder Vote. Shareholder", "Shares", "Trust", "Trust Property", and "Trustees" have the meanings given them in the Declaration and Agreement of Trust (the "Declaration") of Lord Xxxxxx Investment Trust dated August 16, 1993, as amended from time to time.
Series Majority Shareholder Vote means the vote of a "majority of the outstanding voting securities," as defined in Section 2(a)(42) of the 1940 Act, of a Series.
Series Majority Shareholder Vote means the vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities, as defined in Section 2(a)(42) of the 1940 Act, of the Trust, provided that if there are two or more Series of Shares outstanding, then "Series Majority Shareholder Vote" shall have, when used with respect to any matter required to be submitted to the holders of the outstanding Shares of any Series pursuant to this Declaration or the 1940 Act, the meaning set forth in Rule 18f-2 under the 1940 Act.

  • Super Majority Vote means, the affirmative vote of the holders of Outstanding Interests of all Series representing at least two thirds of the total votes that may be cast by all such Outstanding Interests, voting together as a single class.
