Series J Preferred Shares definition

Series J Preferred Shares means the Company’s 7.00% Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Shares – Series J.
Series J Preferred Shares means the newly-issued shares of the Fund’s Series J Cumulative Term Preferred Shares, par value $0.001 and liquidation preference $25,000 per share.
Series J Preferred Shares means Series J convertible preferred shares of a par value of US$0.00075 in the capital of the Company and having the rights, benefits and privileges provided for in a certificate of designation authorized by the Board of Directors;

  • Such distributions will be payable (A) quarterly in arrears, on the 15th day of January, April, July and October of each year and (B) in the event of (i) an exchange of Series J Preferred Units into Series J Preferred Shares, or (ii) a redemption of Series J Preferred Units, on the exchange date or redemption date, as applicable (each a "Series J Preferred Unit Distribution Payment Date"), commencing on the first of such payment dates to occur following their original date of issuance.

  • Except as provided above, the Trust will make no payment or allowance for unpaid distributions, whether or not in arrears, on Series J Preferred Shares for which a notice of redemption has been given.

Series J Preferred Shares or “Series J Preferred Stock” means the shares of Series J 6% Redeemable Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company.

Series J Preferred Shares means the shares of Series J Preferred Stock issued or issuable by the Company pursuant to the Series J Agreement.
Series J Preferred Shares or "Series J Preferred Stock" means the shares of Series J Convertible Preferred Stock of the Corporation or such other convertible preferred stock of the Corporation as may be exchanged therefor.
