Series C-1 Original Issue Price means $1,000.
Series C-1 Original Issue Price means $2.741 per share, subject to appropriate adjustment in the event of any stock dividend, stock split, combination or other similar recapitalization with respect to the Series C-1 Preferred Stock. The Series C-1 Original Issue Price, the Series C Original Issue Price, the Series B Original Issue Price and the Series A Original Issue Price are sometimes referred to as the applicable “Original Issue Price”.
