As used in the preceding sentence, the term “Issue Price” means the principal amount of such Original Issue Discount Note due at the stated maturity thereof less the “Original Issue Discount” of such Original Issue Discount Note specified on the face thereof and in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
Whether the Note is an Original Issue Discount Note (an “OID Note”), and if it is an OID Note, the applicability of Modified Payment upon Acceleration (and, if so, the Issue Price).
