Series B Dividend Payment Period definition

Series B Dividend Payment Period means the period from, and including, the Initial Issue Date of such series to, but not including, the date all the outstanding Series B Redeemable Preferred Stock is redeemed and the redemption price is paid in full pursuant to paragraph B.6 of this Section 4.2.
