Senior Trust Advisor Fee Rate. With respect to each Interest Accrual Period related to any applicable Distribution Date, a per annum rate of 0.0021%.
Certificate Administrator Fee Rate 0.0031% per annum.
Operating Advisor Fee Rate With respect to each Interest Accrual Period, a rate equal to 0.00125% per annum.
Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a rate equal to 0.0055% per annum.
Master Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.25% per annum.
Special Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and each REO Loan, 0.25% per annum.
Trustee Fee Rate 0.0025% per annum.
Indenture Trustee Fee Rate means the per annum rate at which the Indenture Trustee Fee is calculated.
Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.50% per annum.
Primary Servicing Fee Rate means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the rate that corresponds to such Mortgage Loan set forth on Exhibit A hereto under the heading “Primary Servicing Fee.”
Excess Servicing Fee Rate The rate of 0.0% per annum with respect to each Mortgage Loan.
Subservicing Fee Rate The per annum rate designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "SUBSERV FEE".
Net Servicing Fee Rate means (a) so long as the Seller or The Bank of New York is the Servicer, 1.25% per annum and (b) if the Seller or The Bank of New York is no longer the Servicer, 2.0% per annum.
Administration Fee Rate The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee Rate, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee Rate.
Custodian Fee Rate As to any Distribution Date, the applicable Custodian Fee for such Distribution Date, converted to a per annum rate on (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Interest Accrual Period and (ii) with respect to the Determination Date in July 2006 only, the portion of the Closing Date Deposit Amount allocable to principal (calculated on an actual/360 basis).
Securities Administrator Fee With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) one-twelfth of the Securities Administrator Fee Rate and (b) the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the prior Distribution Date (or as of the Cut-off Date in the case of the first Distribution Date).
Servicing Fee Percentage With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the percentage specified on the Servicer Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Certificate Administrator Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan and the beneficial interest of the Trust Fund in each REO Mortgage Loan, the fee designated as such and payable to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 8.05(a). The Certificate Administrator Fee includes the Tax Administrator Fee and the Trustee Fee, each of which shall be paid by the Certificate Administrator as provided herein.
Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan and for any Distribution Date, an amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. For the avoidance of doubt, the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.
Liquidation Fee Rate With respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or REO Property as to which a Liquidation Fee is payable, 1.0%.
Series Servicing Fee Percentage means 2.0%.
L/C Fee Rate means the rates set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.
Program Fee Rate is defined in the Fee Letter.
Expense Fee Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of (a) the related Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the Trustee Fee Rate.
Operating Advisor Fee With respect to any Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) and any Distribution Date, an amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the applicable Operating Advisor Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. Such fee shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other fee or other sum payable to the Operating Advisor under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Operating Advisor Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.
Class B Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.
Workout Fee Rate With respect to each Corrected Mortgage Loan, 1.00%.
