Seller’s Broker(s) means Sands Investment Group, Inc./JDS Real Estate Services, Inc., acting as Seller’s agent.
Seller’s Broker(s) means Lyme Properties LLC.
Seller’s Broker(s) has the meaning set forth in Section 5(g).

  • Subject to Seller’s payment of Seller’s Brokers as provided above, Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Seller from and against any and all Broker Claims claimed to be due Buyer’s Broker or any other person arising from or by reason of Buyer’s conduct with respect to this transaction other than claims of Seller’s Brokers.

  • Seller is responsible for the entire amount of Liabilities owed to Seller’s Brokers in connection with the Transactions.

  • Seller hereby covenants to Purchaser that Seller shall pay the commissions and compensation owing to Seller’s Brokers from the proceeds of Closing pursuant to the terms of a separate agreement or agreements.
