Seller Owned Intellectual Property definition

Seller Owned Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned or purported to be owned by the Seller, in whole or in part.

Seller Owned Intellectual Property means any and all Intellectual Property Rights that are owned or purportedly owned by Seller or that were developed for Seller by full or part time employees or independent contractors of Seller (including customizations of Third Party Intellectual Property).

Seller Owned Intellectual Property means the Intellectual Property set forth on Schedule 1.01(n) (as such Schedule may be amended by mutual agreement of the Sellers and Purchaser between the date hereof and the Closing Date) that is owned or purported to be owned by the Sellers and used in connection with the Master Servicing Business.
