Seller Originated Mortgage Loan definition

Seller Originated Mortgage Loan means any Mortgage Loan: (a) originated by Seller and closed in the name of Seller as lender; and (b) with respect to which Seller is (or shall be upon the closing thereof) the holder of the Mortgage Note for such Mortgage Loan and otherwise owns all rights, titles and interests in and to such Mortgage Loan.

  • In connection with the closing of each Participated Mortgage Loan (that is a Seller Originated Mortgage Loan) Seller shall deliver a closing instructions letter to the applicable Escrow Agent which is in all material respects consistent with the Approved Closing Instructions Form and Seller shall have obtained a copy of such closing instructions agreed to by such Escrow Agent.
