SEK Bond definition

SEK Bond means a debt instrument for the Nominal Amount, denominated in SEK and which is governed by and issued under these Terms and Conditions, with ISIN SE0010713792.
SEK Bond means a debt instrument (Sw. skuldförbindelse) for the Nominal Amount, denominated in SEK, and of the type set forth in Chapter 1 Section 3 of the Financial Instruments Accounts Act and which is governed by and issued under these Terms and Conditions, including the Bonds with ISIN SE0020998029.

  • The value of the vote of each SEK Bond shall be the Nominal Amount and the value of the vote of each NOK Bond and USD Bond, respectively, shall be the Nominal Amount of the NOK Bond or USD Bond converted into SEK at the Initial Exchange Ratio.

  • Replacement Bonds means Bonds issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Bonds in accordance with Section 210 hereof.

  • Reference Bond Dealer means each of five banks which are primary government securities dealers or market makers in pricing corporate bond issuances, as selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;

  • Accepted Note shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(5).

  • Reference Bond Rate means, with respect to any date of redemption, the rate per annum equal to the annual or semi-annual yield (as the case may be) to maturity or interpolated yield to maturity (on the relevant day count basis) of the Reference Bond, assuming a price for the Reference Bond (expressed as a percentage of its nominal amount) equal to the Reference Bond Price for such date of redemption;

If no bond is specified in the applicable Final Terms as the Related Bond and "Fallback Bond: Not Applicable" is specified in the applicable Final Terms, there will be no Related Bond. If a bond is specified as the Related Bond in the applicable Final Terms and that bond redeems or matures before the End Date (i) unless "Fallback Bond: Not Applicable" is specified in the applicable Final Terms, the Calculation Agent shall use the Fallback Bond for any Related Bond determination and (ii) if "Fallback Bond: Not Applicable" is specified in the applicable Final Terms, there will be no Related Bond.

  • Bonds means any bonds (including refunding bonds), notes, interim certificates, certificates of indebtedness, debentures or other obligations.

  • Zero Coupon Bond Any debt security that by its terms (a) does not bear interest for all or part of the remaining period that it is outstanding, (b) provides for periodic payments of interest in Cash less frequently than semi-annually or (c) pays interest only at its stated maturity.

  • Surety Bond The Limited Purpose Surety Bond (Policy No. AB0039BE), dated February 28, 1996 in respect to Mortgage Loans originated by MLCC, or the Surety Bond (Policy No. AB0240BE), dated March 17, 1999 in respect to Mortgage Loans originated by Novus Financial Corporation, in each case issued by Ambac for the benefit of certain beneficiaries, including the Trustee for the benefit of the Holders of the Certificates, but only to the extent that such Surety Bond covers any Additional Collateral Loans, or such other Surety Bond as may be identified in the Series Supplement.

  • Predecessor Bond of any particular Bond means every previous Bond evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Bond; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Bond authenticated and delivered under Section 2.06 in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Bond shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen Bond.

  • Performance Bond means the financial security for performance a USF Service Provider must furnish in accordance with section 54 of this RFA;

  • Agency Security means a Mortgage-backed Security issued or guaranteed by Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxx Mac or Xxxxxx Mae.
