Seeking relief definition

Seeking relief means a party to a settlement agreement requesting enforcement of a settlement agreement under article 17, paragraph 1 or invoking a settlement agreement under article 17, paragraph 2. Similarly, ‘granting relief’ means a competent authority enforcing a settlement agreement under article 17, paragraph 1 or allowing a party to invoke a settlement agreement under article 17, paragraph 2.
