Seasoned Picture definition

Seasoned Picture means a Picture that has been first released in the U.S. market for eight (8) weeks.
Seasoned Picture means any Picture which has been theatrically released in the Domestic Territory for at least eight (8) weeks (or such shorter period as may be requested by the Borrower and agreed by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion).
