Scheme Directions Order means the order of the Court granting permission to convene the Court Meeting;

Related to Scheme Directions Order

  • Plan approved domestic relations order means a judgment, decree, or order (including the approval of a settlement agreement) which is:

  • Domestic Relations Order means a domestic relations order as defined by the Code or Title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, or the rules thereunder.

  • Participant Direction Procedures means such instructions, guidelines or policies, the terms of which are incorporated herein, as shall be established pursuant to Section 4.10 and observed by the Administrator and applied and provided to Participants who have Participant Directed Accounts.

  • QDRO means a qualified domestic relations order as defined in Section 414(p) of the Code or Title I, Section 206(d)(3) of ERISA (to the same extent as if this Plan were subject thereto), or the applicable rules thereunder.

  • Change Directive means a written order signed by the procurement officer that

  • Scheme Rules means the applicable SEPA direct debit or credit transfer scheme rules of the European Payments Council as amended from time to time.

  • Advance health care directive means a power of attorney for health care or a record signed by a prospective donor containing the prospective donor's direction concerning a health care decision for the prospective donor.

  • Qualified Domestic Relations Order means any judgment, decree, or order, including approval of a property settlement agreement, that:

  • Interim Order means the interim order of the Court made in connection with the process for obtaining shareholder approval of the Arrangement and related matters, as such order may be amended, supplemented or varied by the Court;

  • Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);

  • Advance directive means a document that contains a health care instruction or a power of attorney for health care.

  • Job-order-contracting means a project delivery method in which:

  • Usage directions means the text or graphics on the product's principal display panel, label, or accompanying literature which describes to the end user how and in what quantity the product is to be used.

  • Qualified Medical Child Support Order means a Medical Child Support Order which creates (including assignment of rights) or recognizes an Alternate Recipient's right to receive benefits to which a Participant or Qualified Beneficiary is eligible under this Plan, and has been determined by the Plan Administrator to meet the qualification requirements as outlined under “Procedures” of this provision.

  • Payment Order means an instruction of a sender to a receiving bank, transmitted orally, electronically, or in writing, to pay, or to cause another bank to pay, a fixed or determinable amount of money to a beneficiary if the following apply:

  • UCITS Directive means Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities, as amended;

  • Bidding Procedures Order means that certain order of the Bankruptcy Court, entitled “Order (A) Approving Sale Procedures and Bid Protections, Including Break-Up Fee(s), In Connection With Sale Of Substantially All Assets; (B) Scheduling An Auction For And Hearing To Approve One Or More Sales; (C) Approving Notice Of Respective Date, Time And Place For Auction And For Hearing On Approval Of Sale(s),” entered on January 16, 2009.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Uniform Grant Management Standards or “UGMS” means uniform grant and contract administration procedures, developed under the authority of Chapter 783 of the Texas

  • the Scheme means the Local Government Pension Scheme in

  • Levy Order means an Order made by the Commission under paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Act.

  • Final Order means, as applicable, an order or judgment of the Bankruptcy Court or other court of competent jurisdiction with respect to the relevant subject matter that has not been reversed, stayed, modified, or amended, and as to which the time to appeal or seek certiorari has expired and no appeal or petition for certiorari has been timely taken, or as to which any appeal that has been taken or any petition for certiorari that has been or may be filed has been resolved by the highest court to which the order or judgment could be appealed or from which certiorari could be sought or the new trial, reargument, or rehearing shall have been denied, resulted in no modification of such order, or has otherwise been dismissed with prejudice.

  • Claims Procedure Order means the Order under the CCAA establishing a claims procedure in respect of the Applicant, as same may be further amended, restated or varied from time to time.

  • Personal campaign committee means the committee appointed by a candidate to act for the candidate as provided in this chapter.

  • Book-Entry Rules The provisions from time to time in effect, currently contained in Title 24, Part 81, Subpart H of the Code of Federal Regulations, setting forth the terms and conditions under which Xxxxxxx Mac may issue securities on the book-entry system of the Federal Reserve Banks and authorizing a Federal Reserve Bank to act as its agent in connection with such securities. Business Day: A day other than (i) a Saturday or Sunday and (ii) a day when the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or other agent acting as Xxxxxxx Mac’s fiscal agent) is closed or, as to any Holder, a day when the Federal Reserve Bank that maintains the Holder’s account is closed.

  • CRD Directive means Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 on access to the activity of credit institutions and the prudential supervision of credit institutions and investment firms, amending Directive 2002/87/EC and repealing Directives 2006/48/EC and 2006/49/EC (as amended from time to time, including by Directive (EU) 2019/878 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019);
