Schedule of Trust Student Loans definition

Schedule of Trust Student Loans means the listing of the Trust Student Loans set forth in Schedule A to the Indenture and the Bill of Sale (which Schedule may be in the form of microfiche).
Schedule of Trust Student Loans means a listing of all Trust Student Loans delivered to and held by the Administrative Agent (which Schedule of Trust Student Loans may be in the form of microfiche, CD-ROM, electronic or magnetic data file or other medium acceptable to the Administrative Agent), as from time to time amended, supplemented, or modified, which Schedule of Trust Student Loans shall be the master list of all Trust Student Loans then comprising a part of the Pledged Collateral pursuant to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Schedule of Trust Student Loans

Schedule of Trust Student Loans means the schedule(s), file(s) or data storage disk(s) or tape(s) produced by the Company from its management information system identifying all of the Trust Student Loans and containing data related to such Trust Student Loans, including with respect to each Trust Student Loan, the loan identification number, current loan rate of interest, maturity date, original Principal Balance and Principal Balance and accrued interest as of a specified date and all other information included in the data tape(s), dated March 31, 2010 and dated June 30, 2010, previously delivered to Buyer.
Schedule of Trust Student Loans means the listing of the Trust Student Loans set forth in Schedule A to the Indenture and the Bill of Sale (which Schedule may be in the form of microfiche). "SCHEDULE REPLACEMENT ORDER" means an Issuer Order replacing Schedule A to the related class of Reset Rate Notes to be delivered with respect to the related Reset Date.

Related to Schedule of Trust Student Loans

Trust Student Loan means any student loan that is listed on the Schedule of Trust Student Loans on the Closing Date, plus any Additional Loan, plus any Substituted Loan that is permissibly substituted for a Trust Student Loan by the Depositor pursuant to Section 6(B) of the Sale Agreement or pursuant to Section 6(B) of an Additional Sale Agreement, or by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.5 of the Servicing Agreement, but shall not include any Purchased Loan following receipt by or on behalf of the Trust of the Purchase Amount with respect thereto or any Liquidated Student Loan following receipt by or on behalf of the Trust of Liquidation Proceeds with respect thereto or following such Liquidated Student Loan having otherwise been written off by the Servicer.
Trust Student Loan Files means the documents specified in Section 2.1 of the Servicing Agreement.
Certificate of Trust means the Certificate of Trust in the form of Exhibit B to be filed for the Trust pursuant to Section 3810(a) of the Statutory Trust Statute.
Note A-1 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-1 PSA.
Non-Trust-Serviced Pooled Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is primarily serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement for another commercial mortgage securitization trust. Each of the Patriots Park Mortgage Loan, the Stanford Research Park Mortgage Loan and the Hotel Andra Mortgage Loan shall be a Non-Trust-Serviced Pooled Mortgage Loan.
National City Servicing Agreement Solely with respect to the National City Mortgage Loans, the Master Seller’s Warranties and Servicing Agreement, dated as of October 1, 2001, between the Transferor and National City, as the same may be amended from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances related to the National City Mortgage Loans.
Note A-4 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-4 PSA.
Eligible Lender Trust Agreement means the Trust Agreement dated as of the date hereof between the Issuer, as grantor, and the Eligible Lender Trustee, as trustee, and any similar agreement entered into by the Issuer and an "eligible lender" under the Higher Education Act pursuant to which such "eligible lender" holds Financed FFELP Loans as legal owner in trust for the Issuer as beneficial owner, in each case as supplemented or amended from time to time.

Owner Trust Estate means all right, title and interest of the Trust in and to the property and rights assigned to the Trust pursuant to Article II of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, all funds on deposit from time to time in the Trust Accounts and all other property of the Trust from time to time, including any rights of the Trust pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Subsequent Mortgage Loans means, for purposes of this Agreement, the Subsequent Mortgage Loans listed in the Subsequent Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Schedule I.
Pledged Asset Mortgage Servicing Agreement The Pledged Asset Mortgage Servicing Agreement, dated as of February 28, 1996 between MLCC and the Master Servicer. Pooling and Servicing Agreement or Agreement: With respect to any Series, this Standard Terms together with the related Series Supplement.
Supplemental Interest Trust Account The account created pursuant to Section 5.07 of this Agreement.

Other Companion Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement means a pooling and servicing agreement relating to a Non-Serviced Companion Loan or a Serviced Companion Loan that creates a commercial mortgage securitization trust, as applicable. The Other Companion Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement related to the Trust as of the Closing Date is the MSBAM 2015-C21 Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
Titling Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of April 30, 2012, by and between GE Capital Title Holding Corp., a Delaware corporation, as settlor and initial beneficiary and Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware trust company, as UTI trustee, Administrative trustee and Delaware trustee.
Indenture Trust Estate means all money, instruments, rights and other property that are subject or intended to be subject to the lien and security interest of the Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders (including all Collateral Granted to the Indenture Trustee), including all proceeds thereof.
Initial Receivables means the Receivables transferred to the Trust on the Closing Date as set forth on the Schedule of Receivables attached to the Initial SSA Assignment.
Initial Trust Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.12 of the Trust Agreement.
Mortgage Loan Schedule The list of Mortgage Loans (as from time to time amended by the Master Servicer to reflect the addition of Substitute Mortgage Loans and the deletion of Deleted Mortgage Loans pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement) transferred to the Trustee as part of the Trust Fund and from time to time subject to this Agreement, attached hereto as Schedule I, setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan:
Servicing Shift Mortgage Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement With respect to a Servicing Shift Mortgage Loan or a Servicing Shift Loan Combination, on and after the related Servicing Shift Date, the related pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement governing the creation of the Outside Securitization Trust that holds the related Pari Passu Companion Loan evidenced by the related Servicing Shift Lead Note.
Owner Trust means with respect to any Leased Aircraft, the trust created by the "Trust Agreement" referred to in the Leased Aircraft Indenture related thereto.
GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Student Loans means education loans to students and parents of students under the Federal Family Education Loan Program.
