Bxxx of Sale definition

Bxxx of Sale has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a)(i).

Bxxx of Sale means a bxxx of sale substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Sale Agreement delivered pursuant to Section 2.02(a) of the Sale Agreement.

Bxxx of Sale means the Initial Bxxx of Sale or an Additional Bxxx of Sale, as applicable.

• Upon consummation, such sale and purchase shall be effective as of the date of the Initial Bxxx of Sale.
