Schedule of Terms means the schedule executed pursuant to this Agreement from time to time between the Borrower(s) / Xxxxxxx and the Lender governing the specific terms and conditions of each Facility;

Examples of Schedule of Terms in a sentence

  • All references to termination of employment in this Schedule of Terms will be deemed to refer to “Termination of Service” as defined in the LTIP.

  • Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Schedule of Terms have the same meaning as defined in the LTIP.

  • In the event that any provision of this Schedule of Terms or any Award Agreement is inconsistent with the terms of the LTIP, the terms of the LTIP shall govern.

  • Any question concerning administration or interpretation arising under the Schedule of Terms or any Award Agreement will be determined by the Committee or its delegates, and such determination shall be final, binding, and conclusive upon all parties in interest.

  • This Schedule of Terms and Conditions (“Schedule”) contains the terms and conditions under which Intrado Safety Communications, Inc.

  • If this Schedule of Terms or any other document related to this Award is translated into a language other than English and a conflict arises between the English and translated version, the English version will control.

  • Provide the information requested on Attachment 7.4, Schedule of Terms for the FSMC Guarantee.

  • Customers affected will be notified of any changes in the manner described in Section 11.5 in the Schedule of Terms and Conditions posted on the Intrado Safety website.

  • This Schedule of Terms and each Award Agreement are subject in all respects to the terms of the LTIP, available at www.ubs.com/onesource/rtx.

  • Recognizing these concerns, FAA has formed a work group to study the impact that SAS will have on its staffing model.

Related to Schedule of Terms

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • Schedule of compliance means a schedule of remedial measures included in a permit, including an enforceable sequence of interim requirements (for example, actions, operations, or milestone events) leading to compliance with the Act, the CWA and regulations.

  • Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Contracts attached as Schedule A to this Agreement, which Contracts are being transferred to the Owner Trustee as part of the Trust Estate, which list or lists shall set forth the following information with respect to each such Contract in numbered columns:

  • Schedule of Representations means the Schedule of Representations and Warranties attached hereto as Schedule B.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • Schedule of Fees means the published note of the School's prevailing fees notified to you from time to time and a copy of which remains available on the School's website and from the School at any time upon request;

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Schedule of Exceptions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5, and is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Schedule of Fees and Charges means the information on fees and charges that we give you when you open your Account; and amendments or replacements issued to you from time to time. An up-to-date version of this schedule is available from any of our offices and on our Website.

  • Schedule of Values means the detailed breakdown of the cost of the materials, labor, and equipment necessary to accomplish the Work as described in the Contract Documents, submitted by Contractor for approval by Owner and A/E.

  • Schedule of Benefits means the section of this policy which shows, among other things, the Eligibility Requirements, Eligibility Waiting Period, Elimination Period, Amount of Insurance, Minimum Benefit, and Maximum Benefit Period.

  • Schedule of Receivables means the Schedule of Receivables sold and transferred pursuant to this Agreement which is attached hereto as Schedule A.

  • Schedule of rates of Railway means the schedule of rates issued under the authority of the Chief Engineer from time to time and shall also include Rates specified in tender document.

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Master Definitions Schedule means the amended and restated schedule of definitions relating to the Programme originally dated the Programme Effective Date and as most recently amended and restated on 18 December 2020 (as further amended, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time).

  • Commitment Schedule means the Schedule attached hereto identified as such.

  • Exhibit means any item labeled as an Exhibit in the Solicitation or placed in the Exhibits section of the solicitation.

  • The Schedule of Quantities/ BOQ means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract. Words importing persons include firms and corporations. Words importing the singular only, also include the plural and vice verse where the Context requires.

  • Annex I means Annex I to Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste.

  • Appendix B means the appendix to this document setting out key specifications of the Seller's Facility

  • Schedule of Prices means the completed price schedule or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Contractor with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract documents.

  • Annex means an annex to the Agreement.

  • Schedule of Payments means the schedule of payments disclosed on a Contract.
