Samsonite Pacific means Samsonite Pacific Ltd., a Colorado corporation.
Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.
Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.
BMC has the meaning assigned thereto in the Recitals hereof.
Beacon means a highway traffic signal with one or more signal sections that operate in a flashing mode. (ORC 4511.01(KKK))
CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Fitch: Fitch Ratings or any successor thereto. If Fitch is designated as a Rating Agency in the Preliminary Statement, for purposes of Section 11.5(b) the address for notices to Fitch shall be Fitch, Inc., Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, Attention: Residential Mortgage Surveillance Group, or such other address as Fitch may hereafter furnish to the Depositor and the Master Servicer.
Horizon means a layer of soil, approximately parallel to the surface, that has distinct characteristics produced by soil forming processes.
EBS means Electronic Bid Submission.
FS means “Finansiel Stabilitet” and any successor or replacement thereto, or other resolution authority with the ability to exercise any Danish Statutory Loss Absorption Powers in relation to the Issuer, in any case as determined by the Issuer;
Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.
MP means Monongahela Power Company, an Ohio corporation.
Keystone means Keystone Underwriting Pty Ltd ABN 78 601 944 763 as Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 000468712) of Keystone Underwriting Australia Pty Ltd ABN 59 634 715 674 AFSL 518224 which is acting on behalf of Underwriters.
Alliance means the Public Service Alliance of Canada;
POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;
Gateway means the BT electronic gateway, used for all ordering or fault reporting as described in the relevant section of the Handbook;
AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract
