Samsonite Pacific means Samsonite Pacific Ltd., a Colorado corporation.
First Storey means that part of a building having a floor area closest to grade with a ceiling height of more than 1.8 metres (6 ft.) above grade.
Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.
Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.
BMC has the meaning assigned thereto in the Recitals hereof.
GVWR means gross vehicle weight rating.
Beacon means a highway traffic signal with one or more signal sections that operate in a flashing mode. (ORC 4511.01(KKK))
Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;
CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Apple means Apple Inc., a California corporation with its principal place of business at Xxx Xxxxx Xxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000, U.S.A.
First Horizon First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, a Kansas corporation and an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of First Tennessee National Corporation, a Tennessee corporation. Fitch: Fitch Ratings or any successor thereto. If Fitch is designated as a Rating Agency in the Preliminary Statement, for purposes of Section 11.5(b) the address for notices to Fitch shall be Fitch, Inc., Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, Attention: Residential Mortgage Surveillance Group, or such other address as Fitch may hereafter furnish to the Depositor and the Master Servicer.
Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.
Crop Tree means the largest undamaged conifer trees with good form and free of disease.
Horizon means a layer of soil, approximately parallel to the surface, that has distinct characteristics produced by soil forming processes.
Family farm corporation means a corporation founded for the purpose of farming agricultural land in which the majority of the voting stock is held by and the majority of the stockholders are persons or the spouse of persons related to each other within the fourth degree of kinship, according to the rules of the civil law, and at least one of the related persons is residing on or actively operating the farm, and none of whose stockholders are a corporation. A family farm corporation does not cease to qualify under this division where, by reason of any devise, bequest, or the operation of the laws of descent or distribution, the ownership of shares of voting stock is transferred to another person, as long as that person is within the degree of kinship stipulated in this division.
EBS means Electronic Bid Submission.
FS means “Finansiel Stabilitet” and any successor or replacement thereto, or other resolution authority with the ability to exercise any Danish Statutory Loss Absorption Powers in relation to the Issuer, in any case as determined by the Issuer;
Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.
MP means Monongahela Power Company, an Ohio corporation.

ESBD means the Electronic State Business Daily, the electronic marketplace where State of Texas bid opportunities over $25,000 are posted. The ESBD may currently be accessed at http://www.txsmartbuy.com/sp.
SHCP means Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, the Borrower’s Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract
