ISM Code definition

ISM Code means the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention.
ISM Code means the International Safety Management Code (including the guidelines on its implementation), adopted by the International Maritime Organisation as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time (and the terms "safety management system", "Safety Management Certificate" and "Document of Compliance" have the same meanings as are given to them in the ISM Code);
ISM Code means the International Safety Management Code for the Safe Operating of Ships and for Pollution Prevention constituted pursuant to Resolution A.741(18) of the International Maritime Organization and incorporated into the Safety of Life at Sea Convention and includes any amendments or extensions thereto and any regulation issued pursuant thereto;

ISM Code means in relation to its application to the Borrowers, the Vessels and their operation:
ISM Code means the International Safety Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention (including the guidelines on its implementation), adopted by the International Maritime Organisation, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
ISM Code means the International Safety Management Code (including the guidelines on its implementation), adopted by the International Maritime Organisation Assembly as Resolutions A.741 (18) and A.788 (19), as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
ISM Code means, in relation to its application to the Approved Manager, each Owner, its Ship and its operation:
ISM Code means the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention adopted pursuant to Resolution A.741(18) of the International Maritime Organization and incorporated into the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (SOLAS), and shall include any amendments or extensions thereto and any regulation issued pursuant thereto.
ISM Code means the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention adopted by Resolution A.714 (18) of the International Maritime Organisation on 4 November 1994 and incorporated on 19 May 1994 into the SOLAS Convention 1974 as Chapter IX and any amendment thereto or substitution thereof.
ISM Code means the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention as adopted by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) by resolution A.741(18) or any subsequent amendment thereto. "STCW 95" means the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978, as amended in 1995 or any subsequent amendment thereto.
