Harvest lot means a specifically identified quantity of marijuana that is, cultivated utilizing the same growing practices and harvested within a 72 hour period at the same location and cured under uniform conditions.
Corner Lot means a lot situated at the intersection of and abutting upon two streets, or upon two parts of the same street, the adjacent sides of which street or streets (or, in the case of a curved corner, the tangents at the street extremities of the side lot lines) contain an angle of not more than one hundred and thirty-five (135) degrees. In the case of a curved corner, the corner of the building lot shall be that point on the street line nearest to the point of intersection of the said tangents.
Finished Lots means parcels of land owned by the Borrower or any Guarantor which are duly recorded and platted for the construction of single-family dwelling units, whether detached or attached (but excluding mobile homes) and zoned for such use, with respect to which all requisite governmental consents and approvals required for a building permit to be issued have been, or could be (with no further material actions, other than the payment of fees) obtained, and all major infrastructure and offsite construction required to be completed by any applicable law as a condition of commencing vertical construction on the applicable lot or lots have been substantially completed in compliance with applicable law; provided, however, that the term “Finished Lots” shall not include any real property upon which the construction of a Housing Unit has commenced (as described in the definition of “Housing Unit”).
Through lot means a lot having frontage on two parallel streets or a lot that is not a corner lot that has frontage on two streets, each of which may provide access to the lot.
Vacant lot means a subdivided residential or commercial lot which contains no buildings or structures of a temporary or permanent nature.
Interior lot means a lot other than a corner lot.
Single-family dwelling unit means a structure that is usually occupied by just one household or family and for the purposes of this Policy is expected to generate an average of 250 gallons per day of wastewater.
Multi-family dwelling means a structure that contains more than one separate dwelling unit, which is used, or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, in whole, or in part as the home or residence of one or more persons.
Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred and for which no development is scheduled in the following 12 months.
Lots means all machinery and all other items sold or intended to be sold in accordance with these conditions and listed on an Entry Form as goo
Residential Lot means a lot, the use of which is limited by law, covenant,
Undeveloped Land means (i) land owned in fee by the Company or any Subsidiary as of December 31, 2011 which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, (ii) land acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary subsequent to December 31, 2011 pursuant to a Code section 1031 like-kind exchange (in exchange for land described in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition) which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, or (iii) capital stock or other equity interests of a Subsidiary which owns as its principal asset, directly or indirectly, Undeveloped Land described in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition.
UNIMPROVED REAL PROPERTY means Property in which the Company has an equity interest that was not acquired for the purpose of producing rental or other operating income, that has no development or construction in process and for which no development or construction is planned, in good faith, to commence within one (1) year.
Half-value layer (HVL) means the thickness of specified material which attenuates the beam of radiation to an extent such that the AKR is reduced by one-half of its original value. In this definition, the contribution of all scattered radiation, other than any which might be present initially in the beam concerned, is deemed to be excluded.
Parcels means a property within the District, identified by either a tax map identification number assigned by the Travis Central Appraisal District for real property tax purposes, by metes and bounds description, or by lot and block number in a final subdivision plat recorded in the official public records of the County, or by any other means determined by the City.
FILOT or “FILOT Payments” shall mean the amount paid or to be paid in lieu of ad valorem property taxes as provided herein.
Unencumbered means, with respect to any Hotel Property, at any date of determination, the circumstance that such Hotel Property on such date:
Parcel means any lot, block or other area in which land is held or into which it is subdivided, but does not include a highway.
Housing Unit means a house, an apartment, a mobile home, a group of rooms, or a single room that is occupied as separate living quarters, in which the occupants live and eat separately from any other persons in the building and which have direct access from the outside of the building or through a common hall.
Multifamily dwelling means a structure that contains more than one separate residential dwelling unit, which is used or occupied, or is intended to be used or occupied, in whole or in part, as the home or residence of one or more persons.
Side lot line means a lot line other than a front or rear lot line.
Total Unencumbered Assets means the sum of (i) those Undepreciated Real Estate Assets not subject to an Encumbrance for borrowed money and (ii) all other assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries not subject to an Encumbrance for borrowed money determined in accordance with GAAP (but excluding accounts receivable and intangibles).
Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.
Loan Property means any property in which the applicable party (or a subsidiary of it) holds a security interest and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.
Manufactured dwelling park means a place where four or more manufactured dwellings are located, the primary purpose of which is to rent space or keep space for rent to any person for a charge or fee.
Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.
