RV Lot definition

RV Lot means a lot described and intended by the Community Owner for placement of a Recreational Vehicle.
RV Lot or “Premises” means the real property (which is a recreational vehicle lot) rented to RVer by Owner as defined by the Recreational Vehicle Park Occupancy Law.
RV Lot means that portion of the Lands set out on the Proposed Resort Layout attached as Schedule “B” and identified on Schedule “C” for the use of a particular Owner;

Examples of RV Lot in a sentence

  • The only receipt necessary for the reimbursement of this rate is for the Apartment, House, or RV Lot Rental.

  • The RV Lot attendant may have additional parking instructions provided upon arrival.

  • There is a nightly charge of $40 in the Full-Service Purina Event Center Lot* and $25 in the Electric Only Main Show Field RV Lot.

  • RVs must be in good working condition and use of the RV Lot is subject to the District representative’s discretion.

  • Should the District determine that the RV caused damage to any portion of the RV Lot or District’s property, including but not limited to landscaping, sprinkler systems, gates and fencing or light poles, the District shall invoice the lessee for the actual cost of repair and/or replacement of the damaged materials.

  • The RV may be towed from the RV Lot at the expense of the RV owner.

  • Authorized Users shall enter into an agreement with the District governing the specific terms of the lease of the applicable RV Lot space (hereinafter, the “Use Agreement”), and shall pay a rental fee in accordance with the Use Agreement at the rates set forth in Exhibit A.

  • The District reserves the right in its discretion to request RV’s and boats within the RV Lot to move spaces to allow for the greatest use of the spaces available within the RV Lot.


More Definitions of RV Lot

RV Lot means an area of the Lands within the RV Park described and shown as a numbered area on Schedule A hereto which a Co-owner is entitled to use exclusively as their own area of land to enjoy and improve pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and RV Lots means more than one.
RV Lot means any one of the following described Lots:

Related to RV Lot

  • Harvest lot means a specifically identified quantity of marijuana that is, cultivated utilizing the same growing practices and harvested within a 72 hour period at the same location and cured under uniform conditions.

  • Corner lot means a Lot situated at the intersection of and abutting upon two Streets, or upon two parts of the same Street, the adjacent sides of which Street or Streets, (or, in the case of a curved corner, the tangents at the Street extremities of the Side Lot Lines) contain an angle of not more than 135 degrees. In the case of a curved corner, the corner of the Building Lot shall be that point on the Lot Line abutting a Street nearest to the point of intersection of the said tangents.

  • Finished Lots means, Entitled Land (i) that has been legally subdivided for the construction of Housing Units, (ii) that has been graded substantially in accordance with all grading plans approved by the applicable agencies and contains level building pads (except for any fine or precise grading to be completed immediately prior to vertical construction), (iii) that has all water, sewer, electrical and other utility services for planned residences installed and stubbed to the lot behind the sidewalk, (iv) that has all storm drain, sewer, curb, gutter, sidewalk and pavement for public access constructed and installed, except for any final lift of the streets and lateral connections to Housing Units, (v) that has all property corners surveyed and marked and any required survey monumentation installed, and (vi) with respect to which all applicable development fees (including, without limitation, school and development impact fees) that are required to be paid prior to obtaining a building permit have been paid other than building permit and plan check fees. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the term “Finished Lot” shall not include any Land upon which the construction of a Housing Unit has commenced.

  • Through lot - means a lot bounded on two opposite sides by streets.

  • Interior lot means a lot other than a corner lot.

  • Single-family dwelling unit means a structure that is usually occupied by just one household or family and for the purposes of this Policy is expected to generate an average of 250 gallons per day of wastewater.

  • Multi-family dwelling means a structure that contains more than one separate dwelling unit, which is used, or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, in whole, or in part as the home or residence of one or more persons.

  • Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.

  • Lots means all or any machinery and other items sold or intended to be sold in accordance with these conditions; “Purchaser” means a person, firm or Company who purchase any Lot;

  • Residential Lot means a lot, the use of which is limited by law, covenant,

  • Undeveloped Land means (i) land owned in fee by the Company or any Subsidiary as of December 31, 2016 which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, (ii) land acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary subsequent to December 31, 2016 pursuant to a Code section 1031 like-kind exchange (in exchange for land described in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition) which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, or (iii) capital stock or other equity interests of a Subsidiary which owns as its principal asset, directly or indirectly, Undeveloped Land described in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition.

  • Unimproved Real Property means Property in which the Company has an equity interest that was not acquired for the purpose of producing rental or other operating income, that has no development or construction in process and for which no development or construction is planned, in good faith, to commence within one (1) year.

  • FILOT or “FILOT Payments” shall mean the amount paid or to be paid in lieu of ad valorem property taxes as provided herein.

  • Residential Dwelling Unit means any portion of a building that contains living facilities, including a room or rooms in a facility that have shared cooking, bathing, toilet, or laundry facilities such as dormitories, shelters, assisted living facilities, and boarding homes. "Residential dwelling unit" also means facilities that include provisions for sleeping, cooking, bathing, and toilet facilities for one or more persons and are used for extended stays, such as time-shares and extended-stay motels. "Residential dwelling unit" does not mean a guest room in a motel or hotel.

  • Unencumbered means, with respect to any Hotel Property, at any date of determination, the circumstance that such Hotel Property on such date:

  • Parcel means an identifiable unit of land that is treated as separate for valuation or zoning purposes.

  • Housing Unit is either a Presold Unit, a Spec Unit or a Model Unit.

  • Multifamily dwelling means a structure that contains more than one separate residential dwelling unit, which is used or occupied, or is intended to be used or occupied, in whole or in part, as the home or residence of one or more persons.

  • Parking Lot means a building or land used for the parking or storage of ten or more motorcars or bakkies, or two or more buses or trucks, excluding −

  • Side lot line means a lot line other than a front or rear lot line.

  • Total Unencumbered Assets means the sum of (i) those Undepreciated Real Estate Assets not subject to an Encumbrance for borrowed money and (ii) all other assets of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries not subject to an Encumbrance for borrowed money, determined in accordance with GAAP (but excluding accounts receivable and intangibles).

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.

  • Loan Property means any property in which the applicable party (or a Subsidiary of it) holds a security interest, and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property. "Participation Facility" means any facility in which the applicable party (or a Subsidiary of it) participates in the management (including all property held as trustee or in any other fiduciary capacity) and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Manufactured dwelling park means a place where four or more manufactured dwellings

  • Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.

  • private dwelling means any part of a structure that is occupied as a residence, or any part of a structure or outdoor living area that is accessory to, and used wholly for the purposes of, a residence;
