Examples of RM Services in a sentence

  • In the event of any such delegation or subcontracting, US Servis shall remain fully responsible for the RM Services so delegated or subcontracted.

  • In the event that UPA and US Servis disagree as to whether there will be a material change in the cost of providing RM Services, the issue of whether there will be a material change shall be submitted to dispute resolution and arbitration pursuant to Section 11(B).

  • All employees of US Servis who provide the RM Services are employed by US Servis, US Servis determines and pays their salaries and US Servis has sole authority to hire, assign, promote, demote and terminate such employees.

  • US Servis further agrees that UPA will be provided with any upgrades to RM Services that US Servis provides to other customers at no charge and that UPA will be offered any upgrades to RM Services that US Servis offers for an additional charge on the same or better terms than other customers.

  • In addition, the non-compete and non-solicitation obligations provided under Section 12.2 shall cease in the event of (a) breach by Live Nations’ non-compete and non-solicitation obligations, not cured within 30 (thirty) days as from notification sent by the Founding Shareholders informing of such breach; and (b) termination without cause by Rock World of the RM Services Agreement.

  • This Implementation Plan will include the order in which UPA Departments will be converted to RM Services.

Related to RM Services

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
