Revolving Loan Real Property Collateral means the Real Property of Metro Affiliates, Inc. located at 00-00 Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx and the proceeds thereof.

  • Borrowing Base Property means Eligible Property and/or Commercial Land that the Administrative Agent has agreed to include in calculations of the Borrowing Base pursuant to Section 4.1. A Property shall be excluded from the determination of the Borrowing Base if at any time such Property shall cease to be an Eligible Property.

  • Canadian Loan means a Loan made to a Canadian Borrower denominated in Canadian Dollars.

  • Revolving Loan Account has the meaning described in Section 2.1.9 (Revolving Loan Account).

  • Revolving Loan Lender means a Lender with a Revolving Credit Commitment.
