Revenue Per Room definition

Revenue Per Room means (i) the term "revenue per room" as defined by the Revenue Data Publication; or (ii) if the Revenue Data Publication is no longer being used (as more particularly set forth in the definition of "Revenue Data Publication"), the aggregate gross room revenues of the hotel in question for a given period of time divided by the total room nights for such period. If clause (ii) of the preceding sentence is being used, a "room" shall be a hotel guestroom which is keyed as a single unit.
Revenue Per Room means (i) the term "revenue per room" as ---------------- defined by the Revenue Data Publication; or (ii) if the Revenue Data Publication is no longer being used (as more particularly set forth in the definition of "Revenue Data Publication"), the aggregate gross room revenues of the hotel in question for a given period of time divided by the total room nights for such period. If clause (ii) of the preceding sentence is being used, a "room" shall be a hotel guestroom which is keyed as a single unit, and shall include rooms which are temporarily unavailable due to (i) maintenance, or (ii) ongoing renovation work.

  • Combined state and local revenue per membership pupil means the district’s combined state and local revenue divided by the district’s membership excluding special education pupils.

  • State average adjusted property tax base per square mile means the sum of

  • Anticipated State average revenue availability per student means the sum of all anticipated total county revenue availability divided by the average daily membership for the State.

  • Book Value Per Share is the Bank’s equity capital (excluding FAS 115 and FAS 158 adjustment and Extraordinary Items) at the end of the Plan Year divided by the Plan’s number of Phantom shares of one million three hundred sixty thousand (1,360,000). The following Section 3.2(d) shall be added to the Agreement immediately following Section 3.2(c):

  • SBI 1 Year MCLR Rate means 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) fixed by State Bank of India (SBI) / any replacement thereof by SBI for the time being in effect applicable for 1 year period, as on 1st April of the respective financial year in accordance with regulations and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. In absence of such rate, any other arrangement that substitutes such rate as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • County-adjusted property tax base per square mile means the county-adjusted property tax base divided by the number of square miles of land area in the county.

  • Taxable value per membership pupil means each of the following divided by the district’s membership:

  • Established catalogue price means the price included in a catalogue, price list, schedule, or other form that:

  • State average current expense appropriations per student means the most

  • Revenue means the price for iron ore from the mineral lease the subject of any shipment or sale and payable by the purchaser thereof to the Company or an associated company less all export duties and export taxes payable to the Commonwealth on the export of the iron ore and all costs and charges properly incurred and payable by the Company from the time the ore shall be placed on ship at the Company’s wharf to the time the same is delivered and accepted by the purchaser including —

  • Anticipated total county revenue availability per student means the anticipated total county revenue availability for the county divided by the average daily membership of the county.

  • Annual Revenue Rate means the rate employed to assess a compliance penalty charge on a Curtailment Service Provider under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 11. Annual Transmission Costs:

  • Net Asset Value per Share means the Net Asset Value of a Fund divided by the

  • Fair Market Value Per Share means as of any date the fair market value of each of the Shares on such date (the "applicable date") as determined by the Option Committee in good faith. The Option Committee is authorized to make its determination as to the fair market value on the following basis: (i) if the Shares are not traded on a securities exchange and are not quoted on the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.'s Automated Quotation System ("NASDAQ"), but are quoted on the Over The Counter Electronic Bulletin Board operated by NASDAQ, "Fair Market Value per Share" shall be the mean between the average daily bid and average daily asked prices of the Shares on the applicable date, as published on such bulletin board; (ii) if the Shares are not traded on a securities exchange and are quoted on NASDAQ, "Fair Market Value per Share" shall be the closing transaction price of the Shares on the applicable date, as reported on NASDAQ; (iii) if the Shares are traded on a securities exchange, "Fair Market Value per Share" shall be the daily closing price of the Shares, on such securities exchange as of the applicable date; or (iv) if the Shares are traded other than as described in (i), (ii) or (iii) above, or if the Shares are not publicly traded, "Fair Market Value per Share" shall be the value determined by the Option Committee in good faith based upon the fair market value as determined by completely independent and well qualified experts. In the case of Shares described in (i), (ii) or (iii) above, if no prices are reported for the Shares on the applicable date, the "Fair Market Value per Share" shall be the price reported for such Shares on the next preceding date on which there were reported prices.

  • Projected PJM Market Revenues means a component of the Market Seller Offer Cap calculated in accordance with Tariff, Attachment DD, section 6. Proportional Multi-Driver Project: “Proportional Multi-Driver Project” shall have the same meaning provided in the Operating Agreement. Pseudo-Tie:

  • Anticipated county property tax revenue availability means the

  • Actual Minimum means, as of any date, the maximum aggregate number of shares of Common Stock then issued or potentially issuable in the future pursuant to the Transaction Documents, including any Underlying Shares issuable upon exercise in full of all Warrants, without giving effect to (x) any limits on the number of shares of Common Stock that may be owned by a Holder at any one time, or (y) any additional Underlying Shares that could be issuable as a result of any future possible adjustments made under Section 9(d).

  • Annual Turnover means the actual turnover achieved during your first year of operations, from the commencement of your business to the date of the damage, converted to a 12-month equivalent figure.

  • Economic Minimum means the lowest incremental MW output level, submitted to PJM market systems by a Market Participant, that a unit can achieve while following economic dispatch.

  • Lowest achievable emission rate or “LAER” means, for any source, the more stringent rate of emissions based on the following:

  • Maximum Contract Value means the amount specified in the "Limitation of Expenditure" clause set out in the Contract; and

  • Volumetric Production Payments means production payment obligations recorded as deferred revenue in accordance with GAAP, together with all undertakings and obligations in connection therewith.

  • Anticipated total county revenue availability means the sum of the:

  • Annual Revenue means the Company’s or a business unit’s net sales for the Fiscal Year, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles; provided, however, that prior to the Fiscal Year, the Committee shall determine whether any significant item(s) shall be excluded or included from the calculation of Annual Revenue with respect to one or more Participants.

  • Minimum Contract Value means 10% of the Maximum Contract Value.

  • Market Value per Share means, as of any particular date, the closing price of a Common Share as reported for that date on the New York Stock Exchange or, if the Common Shares are not then listed on the New York Stock Exchange, on any other national securities exchange on which the Common Shares are listed, or if there are no sales on such date, on the next preceding trading day during which a sale occurred. If there is no regular public trading market for the Common Shares, then the Market Value per Share shall be the fair market value as determined in good faith by the Committee. The Committee is authorized to adopt another fair market value pricing method provided such method is stated in the applicable Evidence of Award and is in compliance with the fair market value pricing rules set forth in Section 409A of the Code.
