Restricted Stock Agreements definition

Restricted Stock Agreements means Restricted Stock Agreements entered into by the Company and the Executive in connection with awards under the Stock Plan, as amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Restricted Stock Agreements

Restricted Stock Agreements means the Restricted Stock Agreements dated December 21, 1994 between the Company and each of the Scientific Founders and the Non-Scientific Founders and the Restricted Stock Agreement dated December 15, 1994 between the Company and Xxxxx Xxxxx.
