Examples of Responding Person in a sentence

  • The individual(s) so designated, whether by the Initiating Person or the Responding Person, will be known as the “Authorized Individuals,” whether one (1) or more.

  • Responding Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2 hereof.
