Resident of Québec means residents of Québec who enter into a contract to which the Consumer Protection Act (Québec) applies.

Valid business purpose means one or more business purposes that alone or in combination
Residential use means the use in or around a home, apartment building, sleeping quarters, and similar facilities or accommodations.
Produced in the United States means, for iron and steel products, that all manufacturing processes, from the initial melting stage through the application of coatings, occurred in the United States.
Eligible personal property means property that meets all of the following conditions:
Transient means any person who exercises occupancy or is entitled to occupancy for any rooms, lodgings or accommodations in a hotel for a period of less than ninety (90) continuous days.
Resident individual means any natural person who is domiciled in this state at any time during the taxable year or who resides in this state during the taxable year for other than a temporary or transitory purpose. Resident Business or “Resident Contractor” means an entity that has a valid resident certificate issued by the NM Taxation and Revenue Department pursuant to Section 13-1-22 NMSA 1978.
Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.
Nonresident student means every nonresident person who is enrolled as a full-time student in an

U.S. Persons means such persons as defined in Regulation S of the United States Securities Act of 1933 and particularly includes residents of the United States as well as American stock corporations and private companies.
Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities. It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

Personal supervision means the dentist is physically present in the treatment room to oversee and direct all intraoral or chairside services of the dental assistant trainee and a licensee or registrant is physically present to oversee and direct all extraoral services of the dental assistant.
U.S. Person means any Person that is a “United States Person” as defined in Section 7701(a)(30) of the Code.
