More Definitions of Reserved Commitment Amount

Reserved Commitment Amount means, with respect to any Qualifying Picture for which an initial advance of Loans has occurred, at any time, (a) the sum of the Production Cost Reserve Amount and the P&A Reserve Amount for such Qualifying Picture less (b) the Loans advanced with respect to such Qualifying Picture.
