Requisite Term A Loan Lenders means, collectively, (a) on and prior to the Effective Date, Term A Loan Lenders having more than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate outstanding amount of the Term A Loan Commitments or (b) after the Effective Date, Term Loan A Lenders having more than fifty percent (50%) of the principal amount of all Term A Loans.

Requisite Term A Loan Lenders means, as of any date, Term A Loan Lenders holding more than 50.0% of the aggregate amount of the principal amount of the aggregate outstanding Term A Loans; provided that (i) in determining such percentage at any given time, all then existing Defaulting Lenders will be disregarded and excluded, and (ii) at all times when two or more Term A Loan Lenders (excluding Defaulting Lenders) are party to this Agreement, the term “Requisite Term A Loan Lenders” shall in no event mean less than two Term A Loan Lenders.
