Required Sellers definition

Required Sellers means any combination of three (3) of the four (4) Sellers.
Required Sellers has the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

More Definitions of Required Sellers

Required Sellers means such Sellers who hold in the aggregate more than 50% of the then issued and outstanding Common Stock held by all Sellers as of the Closing Date (calculated (i) as if all issued and outstanding shares of Preferred Stock were converted into shares of Common Stock and (ii) as if all Options have been fully exercised into shares of Common Stock).
Required Sellers shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.7(f).
Required Sellers means Sellers who (a) have the right to receive prior to Closing; or (b) in fact did receive at Closing, a majority of the sum of the Cash Consideration, Preferred Shares and Common Shares issuable by, or issued by, the Purchaser at Closing.
