Reports to Other Creditors. Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or report furnished to any other party pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan, or credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Lender pursuant to any other clause of this Section;

Promptly after the furnishing thereof, each of the BORROWERS shall submit to the LENDER copies of any statement or report furnished to any other PERSON pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan, or credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the LENDER pursuant to any other provisions of this AGREEMENT.

Promptly after filing the same, the Borrower shall furnish to the Agent and each Lender copies of any compliance certificate and other information furnished to any other holder of the securities (including debt obligations) of the Borrower pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Agent or the Lenders pursuant to any other provision of this Agreement.
