Reports to Other Creditors. Promptly after filing the same, the Borrower shall furnish to the Agent and each Lender copies of any compliance certificate and other information furnished to any other holder of the securities (including debt obligations) of the Borrower or any Subsidiary pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Agent or the Lenders pursuant to any other provision of this Agreement.
