Reports to Other Creditors. Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or report furnished by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to any other creditor to which any Company owes $250,000.00 or more or to the trustee under the Senior Subordinated Indenture, pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan, or credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to any other clause of this Section;
