Reported definition

Reported is defined in Section 8.6.
Reported means, with respect to any fiscal quarter or Excess Cash Flow Period of the Borrower, the delivery to the Administrative Agent of the financial statements required to be delivered with respect to the end of such fiscal quarter or such Excess Cash Flow Period under Section 5.04(a) or (b), as applicable.
Reported means the receipt by the Treasury or the SEC, as the case may be, of the proper notice prescribed herein.
