Remarketing Treasury Portfolio Purchase Price has the meaning specified in the Officer’s Certificate.
Remarketing Treasury Portfolio Purchase Price means the lowest aggregate price quoted by a Primary Treasury Dealer to the Quotation Agent on the third Business Day immediately preceding the Initial Reset Date for the purchase of the Remarketing Treasury Portfolio for settlement on the Initial Reset Date.
Remarketing Treasury Portfolio Purchase Price means the lowest aggregate price quoted by a primary U.S. government securities dealer in New York City to the Quotation Agent on the applicable Remarketing Date during the Period for Early Remarketing for the purchase of the Remarketing Treasury Portfolio for settlement on the Reset Effective Date, provided, that if the Remarketing Treasury Portfolio consists of cash, “Remarketing Treasury Portfolio Purchase Price” means an amount of cash equal to the aggregate principal amount at maturity of the U.S. Treasury securities (or principal or interest strips thereof) that would have otherwise been components of the Remarketing Treasury Portfolio. “Quotation Agent” means any primary U.S. government securities dealer in New York City selected by the Company.

  • The term "Separate Debt Securities Purchase Price" means, on a date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of Separate Debt Securities to be remarketed multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Remarketing Treasury Portfolio Purchase Price and the denominator of which is the aggregate principal amount of the Pledged Debt Securities to be remarketed.
