Relief Period Sublimit definition

Relief Period Sublimit means the lesser of (a) (x) commencing on the Amendment No. 16 Effective Date through September 30, 2019, $210,000,000, (y) from October 1, 2019 through January 24, 2020, $205,000,000 or (z) thereafter, $190,000,000,$205,000,000, plus, in each case, the principal amount of Revolving Credit Loans made pursuant to Section 2.03(c)(ii) (other than on account of any Extended Letter of Credit having been treated as drawn pursuant to Section 6.26) that have not been repaid, and (b) the Revolving Credit Facility. The Relief Period Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Credit Facility. For purposes of this definition of “Relief Period Sublimit”, repayments and prepayments of Revolving Credit Loans shall be deemed to be applied, first, to Revolving Credit Loans not made pursuant to Section 2.03(c)(ii) and, second, to Revolving Credit Loans made pursuant to Section 2.03(c)(ii).
Relief Period Sublimit means the lesser of (a) $300,000,000 $250,000,000 and (b) Revolving Credit Facility. The Relief Period Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Credit Facility.
Relief Period Sublimit in Section 1.01 (Defined Terms) of the Credit Agreement shall be amended by inserting the text underlined below and deleting the text stricken below to read in its entirety as follows:

Examples of Relief Period Sublimit in a sentence

  • Except as provided in the preceding sentence, the amount of any such Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitment reduction shall not be applied to the Alternative Currency Sublimit, the Relief Period Sublimit or the Swing Line Sublimit unless otherwise specified by the Borrower.

  • If, after giving effect to any such reduction of the Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitment, the Alternative Currency Sublimit, the Relief Period Sublimit or the Swing Line Sublimit exceeds the amount of the Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitment, such sublimit shall be automatically reduced by the amount of such excess.

  • If, after giving effect to any such reduction of the Revolving Credit Facility, the Alternative Currency Sublimit, the Relief Period Sublimit or the Swing Line Sublimit exceeds the amount of the Revolving Credit Facility, such sublimit shall be automatically reduced by the amount of such excess.

  • Except as provided in the preceding sentence, the amount of any such Revolving Credit Facility reduction shall not be applied to the Alternative Currency Sublimit, the Relief Period Sublimit or the Swing Line Sublimit unless otherwise specified by the Borrower.

  • L/C Sublimit has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex B.

  • LC Sublimit means $500,000,000.

  • Inventory Sublimit means the amount(s) set forth in Section 1(d) of Schedule A.

  • Sublimit means the aggregate amount of Warehousing Advances (expressed as a dollar amount or as a percentage of the Warehousing Commitment Amount) that is permitted to be outstanding at any one time against a specific type of Eligible Loan.

  • Alternative Currency Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of the Aggregate Commitments and $50,000,000. The Alternative Currency Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Swingline Committed Amount means the amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment as specified in Section 2.4(a).

  • Undrawn Availability at a particular date shall mean an amount equal to (a) the lesser of (i) the Formula Amount or (ii) the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount, minus (b) the sum of (i) the outstanding amount of Advances plus (ii) all amounts due and owing to Borrower's trade creditors which are outstanding beyond normal trade terms, plus (iii) fees and expenses for which Borrower is liable but which have not been paid or charged to Borrower's Account.

  • Revolving Availability Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Revolving Maturity Date and the date of termination of the Revolving Commitments.

  • Maximum line current means the root-mean-square current in the supply line of an x-ray machine operating at its maximum rating.

  • Borrowing Availability means as of any date of determination the Maximum Amount less the sum of (i) the Revolving Loan and Swing Line Loan then outstanding and (ii) the Reserves as then in effect.

  • Swingline Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $20,000,000 and (b) the Revolving Facility. The Swingline Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Facility.

  • Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount means the aggregate amount of Revolving Commitments in effect from time to time, being initially ONE HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION DOLLARS ($150,000,000).

  • Revolver Usage means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the amount of outstanding Advances, plus (b) the amount of the Letter of Credit Usage.

  • Minimum Disbursement Amount means Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($25,000).

  • Line Cap means, at any time, the lesser of (1) the aggregate Revolving Facility Commitments at such time and (2) the Borrowing Base then in effect.

  • Revolving Credit Availability Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Revolving Credit Commitment Termination Date and the date of termination of the Revolving Credit Commitments.

  • Required Availability means Excess Availability and unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents in an amount of not less than $5,000,000.

  • Issuing Bank Sublimit means, as of the Effective Date, (i) $25,000,000, in the case of Chase and (ii) such amount as shall be designated to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower Representative in writing by an Issuing Bank; provided that any Issuing Bank shall be permitted at any time to increase or reduce its Issuing Bank Sublimit upon providing five (5) days’ prior written notice thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Borrowers.

  • Swing Line Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $50,000,000 and (b) the Aggregate Commitments. The Swing Line Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Unused Revolving Commitment means, for any Lender at any time, the excess of (i) such Lender’s Revolving Commitment at such time over (ii) such Lender’s Revolving Facility Exposure at such time.

  • Unused Total Revolving Commitment means, at any time, the excess of (i) the Total Revolving Commitment at such time over (ii) the Aggregate Revolving Facility Exposure at such time.

  • Maximum Swingline Amount means $5,000,000.
