Released Foundation Capacity definition

Released Foundation Capacity means any Subscribed Foundation Capacity which any User has released pursuant to clause II.2.6 (a) of chapter II, or which is deemed to have been released pursuant to clause 3.2.2 of chapter II, less any such capacity that is reclassified as Released Non- Foundation Capacity pursuant to clause 2.4.2 (a) of chapter II. Such capacity shall cease to be Released Foundation Capacity on the date when and to the extent that (a) the Operating Company enters into one or more new Capacity Agreement(s) for such Released Capacity, or (b) a User has reclaimed such Released Foundation Capacity pursuant to clause II.2.6(c). Examples of Released Foundation Capacity in a sentence

  • On the first (1st) of June of each Thermal Year, or the following Business Day if the 1st (first) of June is not a Business Day, the Operating Company shall reclassify all Unsubscribed Foundation Capacity and all Released Foundation Capacity for the immediately following Thermal Year as Unsubscribed Non-Foundation Capacity and Released Non-Foundation Capacity, respectively.

  • To reduce the number of reports being presented to the planning committee further, the council should consider the benefit in considering an amendment to the constitution to enable council applications of a minor nature, where there are no objections to be processed under delegated powers provided they are subject to scrutiny by the Monitoring Officer prior to the decision being issued.

  • With respect to any Released Foundation Capacity, the Operating Company is under no obligation to enter into a new Foundation Capacity Agreement that contains terms different than those contained in Non-Foundation Capacity Agreements.

  • In the case a User has reclaimed Released Capacity pursuant to this clause 2.6 (c), then (i) the relevant Released Capacity shall cease to be Released Foundation Capacity or Released Non-Foundation Capacity, as the case may be, and (ii) the Operating Company shall revise, as applicable, the Annual Unloading Schedule and the Three (3) Month Schedule of such User.

  • Released Foundation Capacity in any given Month may only be subscribed after (i) all the Unsubscribed Foundation Capacity in such Month has been subscribed, and (ii) in the event there is any Unsubscribed Non-Foundation Capacity in such Month, the first Monthly Subscription Process following the relevant Release Declaration has been completed.

  • Starting from the date that the Release Declaration is received by the Operating Company, (i) such Subscribed Capacity will become Released Foundation Capacity or Released Non-Foundation Capacity, as the case may be, and will be made available for subscription in accordance with clauses 2.4.1, 2.4.2 or 2.4.3 of chapter II, as applicable, and (ii) the Annual Unloading Schedule and the Three (3) Month Schedule of such User shall be revised accordingly.

  • The Operating Company defines the PR of the Unsubscribed Non-Foundation Capacity and of the Released Foundation Capacity.

  • The Operating Company shall reclassify all Unsubscribed Foundation Capacity and all Released Foundation Capacity for the immediately following Thermal Year as Unsubscribed Non-Foundation Capacity and Released Non-Foundation Capacity, respectively.

  • The Customer will retain all of the liabilities and obligations arising out of or in connection with the Released Foundation Capacity (including Fuel Gas Obligation, Minimum Redelivery Obligation and the obligation to pay the Service Charges, Adjustments and Monthly Grid Charges) to the Operating Company unless and to the extent any Released Foundation Capacity is allocated.

  • Generation Capacity Resource shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • RA Capacity means the maximum megawatt amount that the CAISO recognizes from a Project that qualifies for Buyer’s Resource Adequacy Requirements and is associated with the Project’s Capacity Attributes.

  • New Capacity means a new Generator, a substantial addition to the capacity of an existing Generator, or the reactivation of all or a portion of a Generator that has been out of service for five years or more that commences commercial service after the effective date of this definition. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Offer Floor” for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is not a Special Case Resource shall mean the lesser of (i) a numerical value equal to 75% of the Mitigation Net CONE translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value (“Mitigation Net CONE Offer Floor”), or (ii) the numerical value that is the first year value of the Unit Net CONE determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7, translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value using an appropriate class outage rate, (“Unit Net CONE Offer Floor”). The Offer Floor for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is a Special Case Resource shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.5. The Offer Floor for Additional CRIS MW shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.6. For the purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Non-Qualifying Entry Sponsors” shall mean a Transmission Owner, Public Power Entity, or any other entity with a Transmission District in the NYCA, or an agency or instrumentality of New York State or a political subdivision thereof.

  • Idle capacity means the unused capacity of partially used facilities. It is the difference between: (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays; and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • Nameplate capacity means the maximum electrical generating output (in MWe) that a generator can sustain over a specified period of time when not restricted by seasonal or other deratings as measured in accordance with the United States Department of Energy standards.

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Additional Capacity means, in relation to the Network, the capability of the Network to carry additional task by an enhancement or improvement of the infrastructure forming part of the Network or Associated Facilities;

  • Planned Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective Interconnection Service Agreement and has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Planned External Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned External Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective agreement that is the equivalent of an Interconnection Service Agreement, has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close, and has secured at least 50 percent of the MWs of firm transmission service required to qualify such resource under the deliverability requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • Technical Capacity means the maximum firm capacity that the transmission system operator can offer to the network users, taking account of system integrity and the operational requirements of the transmission network;

  • Nominal Capacity means the volume indicated by the manufacturer that represents the maximum recommended filling level.

  • Excess Capacity means volume or capacity in a duct, conduit, or support structure other than a utility pole or anchor which can be used, pursuant to the orders and regulations of the Commission, for a pole attachment.

  • System Capacity means the operational capacity of the System at any applicable point in time.

  • Design capacity means the volume of a containment feature at a discharging facility that accommodates all permitted flows and meets all Aquifer Protection Permit conditions, including allowances for appropriate peaking and safety factors to ensure sustained, reliable operation.

  • Local Capacity Area has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.

  • indemnified capacity means any and all past, present and future service by an indemnified representative in one or more capacities as a director, officer, employee or agent of the corporation, or, at the request of the corporation, as a director, officer, employee, agent, fiduciary or trustee of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other entity or enterprise;

  • Maximum Capacity or ‘Pmax’ means the maximum continuous active power which a power-generating module can produce, less any demand associated solely with facilitating the operation of that power-generating module and not fed into the network as specified in the connection agreement or as agreed between the relevant system operator and the power-generating facility owner;

  • Full Capacity Deliverability Status or “FCDS” has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Released Defendant Persons means all persons and entities named as a Defendant in the Action or that could have been named as a Defendant in the Action, including, without limitation, the past and present officers and members of the Board of Directors of AMC, the members of the special committee of the Board of Directors of AMC that approved the Transaction, Silver Lake, and the members of the SLC, and any and all of the respective current and former employers, parent entities, controlling persons, owners, members, co-investors, lenders, principals, affiliates, or subsidiaries of any of the foregoing, and each and all of the respective past or present officers, directors, managers, partners, limited partners, stockholders, representatives, employees, attorneys, financial or investment advisors, consultants, accountants, investment bankers, commercial bankers, agents, heirs, executors, trustees, personal representatives, estates, administrators, predecessors, successors, assigns, insurers, and reinsurers of any of the foregoing.

  • Final RTO Unforced Capacity Obligation means the capacity obligation for the PJM Region, determined in accordance with RAA, Schedule 8. Financial Close:

  • Maximum allowable residential density means the density allowed under the zoning ordinance and land use element of the general plan, or if a range of density is permitted, means the maximum allowable density for the specific zoning range and land use element of the general plan applicable to the project. Where the density allowed under the zoning ordinance is inconsistent with the density allowed under the land use element of the general plan, the general plan density shall prevail.

  • Released Person means any person who is released on bail or on his personal bond, as the case may be;

  • Released Defendants Claims” means all claims and causes of action of every nature and description, whether known claims or Unknown Claims, whether arising under federal, state, common or foreign law, that arise out of or relate in any way to the institution, prosecution, or settlement of the claims asserted in the Action against the Defendants. Released Defendants’ Claims do not include any claims relating to the enforcement of the Settlement or any claims against any person or entity who or which submits a request for exclusion from the Settlement Class that is accepted by the Court.
