Examples of related Collection Period in a sentence
Receivables purchased by the Servicer or by the Seller on the related Accounting Date and each Receivable which became a Liquidated Receivable or which was paid in full during the related Collection Period shall be identified by account number (as set forth in the Schedule of Receivables).
In each monthly distribution report on Form 10-D under the Exchange Act with respect to the Issuer, the Seller shall include disclosure regarding any request that complies with the requirements of this Section 3.13 received during the related Collection Period from a Noteholder or Note Owner to communicate with other Noteholders or Note Owners, as applicable, related to the Noteholders or Note Owners exercising their rights under the terms of the Transaction Documents.
