Regulated Collective Investment Schemes means schemes established in Member States which are authorised under the Directive (or alternative investment funds authorised in the United Kingdom following the United Kingdom’s exit from the EU) and which may be listed on a Regulated Market in the EU (or in the United Kingdom following the United Kingdom’s exit from the EU) and any other scheme that meets the requirements of Regulation 68 of the UCITS Regulations;
Regulated Collective Investment Schemes means schemes established in EU member states which are authorised under the Directive and which may be listed on a Regulated Market in the EU and any other scheme that meets the requirements of Regulation 68 of the UCITS Regulations;
Regulated Collective Investment Schemes means Collective Investment Schemes that can be marketed to the public generally in the jurisdiction in which we provide services to you under the Agreement;
